Level 2. Home Buyers Survey
The Home Buyers Survey is an inspection of a property’s general condition and is a good value option when looking to buy a home. This is an intermediate level of service and is suitable for most conventionally built houses.
Level 3. Building Survey
The ‘Building Survey’ is the highest level of service and is suitable for older or more complex properties. This level of service will suit any domestic residential property in any condition.
RICS Independent Valuation Reports
A market valuation gives a professional opinion of the property’s value relative to the current market. A surveyors valuation figure is completely independent and can be used for various official and regulated purposes (an estate agents’ valuation is not an ‘independent valuation’).
